Professional Training - $600 (per week)

In addition to training Bordoodle puppies, we also provide training for adult dogs of all breeds. Because we are professional dog trainers with THREE full time trainers on staff and over 30 years of experience in training Border Collies as well as many other breeds, we know how to properly train your ADULT dog. With your cooperation we can also help your dog overcome bad habits (ie jumping up on people, nibbling and inappropriate mouth etiquette and other undesirable behaviors).

Custom tailored training is available, or you can choose to enroll you dog in our standard obedience refresher course where you dog will learn (or re-learn) to proficiently obey "Sit", "Down", "Stay", "Come", "Okay" and "No". Your dog will also learn how to properly walk on a leash and heel.

You Choose the Level of Training
We will discuss your needs and provide a suggest necessary length of time for training your dog properly ( 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks of ??? ). We typically recommend 1 to 2 weeks for general obedience re-training, and 3 weeks for initial training. The time needed for rehabilitation training is determined on a case by case basis.

Training occurs in individual half hour sessions, twice a day, 6 days a week. Each week we provide you with a weekly REPORT CARD documenting your dog's ongoing progress in training. At the end of the course your dog must pass his/her obedience test, which we document by video and make available to you. This video is not only a lot of fun and even at times emotional to watch, it is also helpful to see the interaction between the trainer and your dog and how your dog enjoys obeying the commands.

**Your dog stays with us for the duration of the training course. We include boarding (love, hugs baths and food) as part of the cost of training).
