It is not our intent to lessen the perception of worthiness of other breeders who can't offer a 10-Year Guarantee, but we believe our families who adopt puppies from us deserve to know they have the BEST!
While most breeders offer a typical 2 year health guarantee, Mountain Rose provides you with a 10-YEAR Health Guarantee on all of of our puppies.
There's a good reason why other breeders only offer a guarantee for 2 years. The truth of the matter is that every breeder knows that the typical hereditary health problems usually don't manifest themselves until your dog is well over 2 years of age, and usually not until they are at least 4 or 5 years of age and beyond. So, the 2-Year Health Guarantee offered by other breeders really isn't much of a guarantee at all.
We are able to stand by our dogs because we take the necessary steps to ensure the very best of health in all of the puppies we raise starting before they are conceived - See our Breeding Standards.
Because we know our bloodlines and because we DNA test our parent dogs as well as performing OFA testing on hips and joints, we are confident that our parent dogs are the healthiest breeding dogs on Earth... and our track record proves it.
